The Florida Education Foundation (FEF) is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves as the direct support organization to the Florida Department of Education (FDOE). Our mission is to promote and support academic excellence for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade students in Florida. The Foundation recognizes outstanding teachers and educational contributors, assists struggling K-12 students, recognizes top science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) students, develops strategic alliances with business organizations to improve education, and advances other educational initiatives.

Your contribution may be directed to the General Fund or designated to one of the following specific programs:

• Commissioner’s Business Recognition Awards
• District Data Leader of the Year
• Just Read, Florida!
• Macy's Florida Department of Education Teacher of the Year Roundtable
• Sunshine State Scholars Program
• Struggling Student Research Initiative
